Promised Love Therapy Dogs

Therapy work is a natural extension of what we believe these dogs are capable of.

With the right foundation, temperament, and guidance, Golden Retrievers have an incredible ability to connect, comfort, and bring calm to the people around them.

The dogs in this program are not just trained—they are prepared, thoughtfully and intentionally, for the work they’re called to do.

Jack

AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC)

First Responder Therapy Dog

Companion Dog

Jack is a steady, intuitive presence with a remarkable capacity for connection. His gentle nature and calm confidence make him uniquely suited for the work he is called to do.

Jack earned his Canine Good Citizen (CGC) certification in 2023, reflecting both his training and his naturally balanced temperament. From there, he continued his journey into therapy work, becoming part of the First Responder Therapy Dog team—where his quiet strength and kind spirit can offer comfort in moments that matter most.

He has an innate ability to meet people where they are, bringing a sense of peace, warmth, and reassurance to those he encounters. Whether sitting quietly beside someone or offering a simple moment of connection, Jack embodies the heart behind Promised Love.

His role as a therapy dog reflects what we believe deeply—that dogs have the ability to serve, to heal, and to bring light into the lives of others. Jack is not only a companion, but a reminder of the good that can be shared through a willing heart and a gentle presence.
