Puppy application & contract

Families interested in welcoming a Promised Love Golden Retriever into their home are invited to review the information below and complete our application.

A $500 non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure placement on a confirmed litter.

The total investment for a Promised Love Golden Retriever puppy is $4,500.

The remaining balance of $4,000 plus applicable state sales tax is due two weeks prior to scheduled puppy pick-up.

Payment may be made by check (payable to Jill Addington) two weeks prior to pick-up, or by cash at pick-up.
